ECES offers a variety of shipping methods for the convenience of our customers.
Local Deliveries
Our company trucks make Local Deliveries all across Long Island and throughout the metropolitan area Monday through Friday. ECES requires that someone be at the delivery site to accept and sign for the material at time of delivery. When scheduling a delivery with ECES please have the name and phone number of the contact who will be accepting the delivery, in addition to the delivery address and the nearest cross street ready. Our delivery drivers will gladly assist in dropping the material wherever you would prefer, provided it is easily accessible via an unobstructed, smoothly paved walkway. In the event that there are no walkways to the intended drop spot, material will be dropped at the nearest paved area. Orders over $3,000.00 qualify for free delivery in Nassau and Suffolk County. Place an order by 2:00pm (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday and get same day shipping. UPS Ground will be used under normal circumstances unless otherwise specified. See Zone Charts for transit times.

Freight (LTL)
All orders larger than 8 feet in length and/or containing any one handling unit over 100 lbs. will ship out (LTL) via common freight carrier. Most delivery destinations in northeastern USA have a transit time of one business day. Time Definite delivery options are available and must be specified at time of order, along with destination type and address. Place an order by 10:30am (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday and get same day shipping.

Drop Shipments
In the event that an item is out of stock, ECES can have it dropped shipped straight from the manufacturer to the customers door steps. Lead times vary dependant on manufacturer and demand. Drop Shipments are subject to manufacturer's processing and rush fees. Non Stocking items that are drop shipped will not incur any additional fees.
Pick Ups
Customers can place an order and pick it up all in the same day. Place an order via fax, e-mail, or phone and it will be ready within the hour for pick up. Pick Up hours are from 8:00am to 12:00pm & 12:30pm to 4:00pm (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday. When calling in phone orders please have item numbers and quantities ready at time of call.
